Partner
Advertising. Ad partners receive device and advertising identifiers, IP address and ad interaction data so they can show and measure ads. Where you allow it, they may use this to show ads based on your interests. Under some U.S. state laws, this may count as "selling" or "sharing" personal information for targeted advertising. You can opt out as described in Sections 6 and 11.
Legal and safety reasons. We may disclose information if required by law, court order or other legal process, or to protect the rights, safety and property of players, Electrify or others.
Business transfers. If Electrify is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that deal. The new owner will remain bound by this policy or will tell you about any change.
With your consent. We may share information for other purposes when you ask or agree to it.
We may also share aggregated or de-identified information that cannot reasonably identify you, such as total player counts.

6. Your advertising choices
-
iPhone and iPad. We show Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt before your IDFA is used to track you across other companies' apps and websites. If you choose Ask App Not to Track, you will still see ads, but they will be less personalized. You can change this in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
-
Android. You can delete or reset your advertising ID in Settings → Google → Ads (or Settings → Privacy → Ads).
-
EEA, UK and Switzerland. Where required, our games show a consent form before personalized ads are served. You can change your choice from the game's settings.
-
Rewarded ads are optional. Choosing not to watch them never stops you from playing.
