Cookie Policy

Last updated: October 31, 2026.

This Cookie Policy explains how Electrify Entertainment LLC uses cookies and similar technologies on www.electrifyentertainment.com and in our mobile games, and how you can control them.

1. What cookies and similar technologies are

Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser. They let the site work, remember your choices and measure how it is used.

Similar technologies do comparable jobs. They include pixels, local storage, and, in mobile apps, software development kits (SDKs) and device identifiers such as Apple's Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA) and Google's Advertising ID (GAID).

Cookies set by us are first-party cookies. Cookies set by another company, such as an analytics or advertising partner, are third-party cookies. Some cookies are deleted when you close your browser (session cookies). Others stay until they expire or you delete them (persistent cookies).

This policy is part of our Terms of Service and should be read with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle personal information.

2. Cookies on our website

Our website is hosted on Wix. We group the cookies it uses into four categories. Only strictly necessary cookies are set without your consent. The cookie settings panel on our website lists each cookie currently in use, with its name and how long it lasts.

Third-party providers use the information they collect under their own privacy policies. We do not use cookies to collect sensitive information, such as health or financial details.

The ad networks that serve ads through LevelPlay mediation may change as we test which networks serve ads best. We list them in our Privacy Policy and keep that list current.

Personalized ads. On iOS, we ask permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt before your IDFA is used to track you across other companies' apps and websites. If you choose Ask App Not to Track, you will still see ads, but they will be less personalized. On Android, you can reset or delete your Advertising ID at any time (Section 4).

Children. Our games are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly use advertising IDs to serve personalized ads to children.

4. Your choices

On our website

  • Cookie banner. When you first visit, you can accept all cookies, reject non-essential cookies, or choose by category. You can change your choice any time through the Cookie Settings link in the website footer.

  • Your browser. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop parts of the site from working.

  • Google Analytics. You can opt out with Google's browser add-on https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

In our games

  • iPhone and iPad: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. Turn off Allow Apps to Request to Track, or turn tracking off for our game.

  • Android: Settings → Google → Ads (or Settings → Privacy → Ads). Choose Delete advertising ID or Reset advertising ID.

  • Rewarded ads are always optional. Choosing not to watch them never blocks you from playing.

Industry opt-out tools

Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track. Where required by law, including in California, we treat a Global Privacy Control [https://globalprivacycontrol.org] signal from your browser as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information for targeted advertising. There is no common industry standard for "Do Not Track" signals, so we do not respond to them separately.

5. Changes and contact

We may update this Cookie Policy when we add or remove tools, or when the law changes. We will change the "Last updated" date above, and for significant changes we will let you know through our website or games.
